The following rule must be noticed for the admission:

  • Only people who have been vaccinated, tested negative or have recovered are eligible for entry.

  • This applies to all areas of the hotel (check-in, gastronomy and wellness area).

  • The evidence must be presented when entering.

  • Please note that the validity of the evidence differs.

  • If your proof expires during your stay, it must be renewed and then presented to the hotel again.

    A registration is required for all areas of the hotel (check-in, gastronomy and wellness area).

  • We therefore ask you to register in advance at reception or reserve a time slot for the use of the fitness room or our pool.

  • The registration for the gastronomy is done by our employees in the breakfast room or at the bar.

    There is an obligation to keep a distance of at least 2 m and to wear a FFP2 mask outside of your hotel room.

  • The minimum distance of 2 meters must be kept to all persons who do not live in the same household or are part of the travel group (accommodation in the same room).

  • The mask can be removed in the breakfast room and at the hotel bar as soon as you have taken your seat.

  • You do not have to wear a mask while exercising in our wellness area.

    In the wellness area there is a legal access restriction of 20 square meters per person.

  • We therefore ask you to register for use at the reception or reserve a time slot there.

  • Please also note here the distance rule of 2 meters to other people

    In the current legal COVID-19 regulations a curfew from 10 p.m. is stipulated for all areas of the hotel.

Your health and your well-being are very important to us!

For a safe stay in our hotel, we have also implemented the following safety and hygiene standards with regard to COVID-19 in our hygiene concept:

✓ Disinfection stations are available for you in all public areas. ✓ Our reception desks are equipped with acrylic protection.

✓ Basically, we have equipped all public areas with information boards for distance regulation and recommendations for behaviour.

✓ Your rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with certified and virucidal cleaning agents after each stay. ✓In order to minimize contact points and transmission routes, your room is only entered and cleaned every third

day. If you would like cleaning in between or if you need something, please let our team know at the reception.

✓ In order to be to guarantee a comprehensive disinfection in your room, we have removed many of the usual movable things from your room. Should you still miss something, please let us know.

✓ In all public areas, in the fitness area and in the conference area, surfaces with intensive contact such as devices, door handles, light switches, etc. are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

✓ In addition, there are sufficient disinfectants available for use in the wellness area. We ask that you also disinfect the devices before and after use.

✓ In our Bar Roque we have changed the seating for you so that the required distances can be met. ✓ Drinks and food may only be served at the seat.
✓ We ask for your understanding that our sauna is still not open.
